Yesterday I stumbled across this cool new iPhone app from Benjamin Moore. Basically all you do is take a picture of anything around you and the Ben Color Capture iPhone App will show the closest matching paint colors from Benjamin Moore. Shaking the phone gives you coordinating colors for your project and then the phone will use its GPS to find you the nearest Benjamin Moore retailer. How awesome is that? Now all I have to do is get a few paying clients so that I can afford this phone! Wouldn’t it be so amazing to not have to lug around your fan decks all the time and instead just whip out your iPhone and snap a picture of your surroundings and find the perfect palette? My husband has been a huge fan of this phone for a long time and now I am officially sold! This app should be available for free June 1st at the Apple App store.
